If you e-mail a file or folder to someone but that person didn't receive the e-mail, it may have been filtered in to their spam folder.
If you sent a file, the subject of the e-mail will be "MediaFire File Delivery Notification". If you sent a folder, the subject will be "MediaFire Folder Delivery Notification".
If the e-mail is not in their spam folder, please submit a support ticket with the sharing URL of the file or folder you sent them, their e-mail address, and the approximate date/time you sent it so we can check our logs to see what happened to it.
