Creating a free account lets you easily manage and share all of the files and images you upload to MediaFire at any time from any computer just by logging in to your account.

If you don't create a free account, you'll still be able to manage and share your files and images on the computer you uploaded them from as long as you don't clear your web browser's cache.  If you clear your web browser's cache and didn't upload your files and images to your free account, then you'll no longer be able to manage them.
