The statistics in the "Downloads" column on your "My Files" page are estimates provided to all users free of charge.
For MediaPro subscribers, we track very accurate statistics for downloads of all of your files. You can view these advanced statistics in one of the following locations:
- On your "My Files" page by hovering over the name of a file and clicking the "Statistics" link right under it
- On your "My Acccount" --> "Advanced Statistics" page
We start tracking advanced statistics after you subscribe to MediaPro, so unfortunately, we are unable to provide advanced statistics for past downloads of your files.
