How do I cancel my Pro Account?
Solution
To delete your Mediafire [Pro] account, you will first have to cancel your recurring payments through the payment method you used to subscribe. i.e. Pay Pal or your Credit Card. Once your recurring payments are canceled, your account will continue to be MediaPro until the end of the term that you have already paid for. When you current term expires after canceling, your account will be reverted back to a free account. All of your files under 200MB will be available for download though the standard advertising-supported download page. Your files over 200MB will only be available for download by other MediaPro users, and the download bandwidth will be taken out of their account. If you don't renew your MediaPro account within a month, your files over 200 MB will be deleted from your account.
To cancel your recurring payments via Pay Pal: Log in to your PayPal account and click Recurring Payments under your Profile.
To cancel your recurring payments via Credit Card: You can cancel your account by logging into your account and clicking the "My Account" tab. You then click on "Account and Billing" from the left column and you will see a link to "Cancel Subscription".
